Pick ups, drop offs and help over the phone

I am calling out to anybody that is in need of support but staying home -I am helping those in isolation.  In these times of difficulty and uncertainty, I hope that every person reading this is doing well and is healthy.  I just wanted to take a few moments to let you know that I am still working and available to help you with any problems you might have with any Apple devices, websites or graphic design jobs.

At a time when we are all being encouraged to stay at home, having devices working properly is something that is very important! And I am not limiting the term ‘devices’ to anything made by Apple…I am including the internet and everything that goes with it (which is pretty much everything these days): smart TVs and devices (including Chromecasts, Amazon Fire sticks, etc.), speakers, smart applications, apps…essentially any technology set up that you may have. My knowledge and availability expands into all of these and beyond, so if you need help with any of the above or anything in your home do let me know and I’ll come to sort you out!

For anybody that needs it, I am helping those in isolation. I also want you to know that I can help without us needing to come into contact with one another.  Some problems can be solved over the phone, others with video sharing such as Skype and others do need to be in person but there is a way to get by that too.  I have already been working with some clients where I collect and/or drop off hardware without interaction so don’t hesitate to contact me if that is a worry!

I am active on two social media accounts.  Twitter so that you can keep up to date on where I am based and what days I am free.  I am also on LinkedIn under both Christopher Mollard and J4G Design, do make sure to use both for updates!
